What to expect when receiving a lawn tractor, zero-turn mower or other palletized equipment.

Before delivery

When an appointment is required, the freight carrier will use the contact information provided with the order to coordinate delivery.

Free Unloading Service

Eligible heavy-equipment orders include unloading assistance where stated on the product page. The exact unloading method can vary according to product size, carrier equipment and site conditions.

Preparing the delivery area

• Provide an accurate delivery address and working phone number.
• Ensure the road and delivery area can safely accommodate the carrier vehicle.
• Remove avoidable obstructions from the unloading area.
• Have an adult available to receive and inspect the shipment.

Inspect your shipment

Inspect the exterior of the shipment before accepting delivery. If you notice visible freight damage, photograph it and note the damage with the carrier where possible.
